The Global Property Register (GPR) is the FIRST universal real estate registry, which will be global in nature and will cover both developed and developing countries. It will provide proof of ownership of more than 4.5 billion people (worth $ 20 trillion) worldwide, which are currently not covered and therefore cut off from real estate markets and financial resources. Secondly, it will also provide a global exchange of real estate. This platform will serve as the international digital real estate market for all market participants. Third, analytical solutions and tools based on artificial intelligence will be provided to property owners, which will allow them to make wise decisions and predict. Finally, a social network for users of the platform will be created to educate the public.
